Abstracts will be emailed at the adress firstname.lastname@example.org until April, 5st. 2017
Selection of abstracts will be made by the Scientific Committee of the conference.
Participants can specify if they want their work to be presented as Poster Presentation or Oral Communication. The final decision being taken by the Scientific Committee.
Authors of the abstracts must register in advance and pay the fee by the date specified in participation fees section. Submitted abstracts will not be accepted unless the person is a participant (except invited keynote speakers).
Abstracts must be written in English, using the Times New Roman 12 font.
Abstracts must be structured on the following sections: objectives, materials and methods, results and conclusions
Authors section will include the following information in the order of listing:
name, surname, institution, department, city, country, e-mail. Names of the authors who will present the abstract must be bold and underlined.
The title should be no more than 20 words, and the abstract max 250 words.
